1. Event(s) Related Purchases

  • Each Event listed through our platform is organized and managed by its specific Organizing Team/Body.
  • The terms and conditions for refunds, cancellations, or returns are determined solely by the respective Organizing Team/Body.
  • Refunds and returns are not managed directly by White Pigeon Solutions. Instead, you must refer to the Event-Specific Refund & Privacy pages provided by the Organizing Team/Body for accurate details.

2. Role of White Pigeon Solutions

  • We act as a technology and ticketing partner only, providing tools for ticket collection, payment processing, and event support.
  • We never partner with organizing teams or bodies that intend or attempt to hide their terms, defraud, or scam their audiences.
  • Our role is strictly limited to facilitating secure transactions and providing event technology support.

3. No General Refunds or Returns

  • White Pigeon Solutions does not offer general refunds or returns for event tickets or purchases made via our platform.
  • All refund or return requests must be directed to the Event’s Organizing Team/Body, in line with their policies.

4. Exceptions

In rare circumstances, if an event organizer violates our Partner Integrity Policy (e.g., fraudulent or misleading practices), White Pigeon Solutions reserves the right to:

  • Investigate the matter, and
  • Take appropriate action, which may include suspending partnerships with the concerned organizer and reporting misconduct to relevant authorities.
