Service-Based Refunds
Refunds for services (such as web development, design, tech support, etc.) are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. If you’re not satisfied with our work, please contact us within 7 days of service delivery to request a resolution or refund.
Eligibility for Refunds
- A clear reason must be provided for the refund request
- No significant custom work should have been completed or delivered
- The request must be made within 4 days of payment or delivery
Non-Refundable Items
- Completed projects or services that met the agreed-upon scope
- Third-party fees or tools purchased on your behalf
- Event-based technical support once the event has begun or concluded
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email us at hello@whitepigeon.org with your project details, payment reference, and reason for the request. We aim to respond within 3–5 business days.
